    以次磷酸鈉液相還原法制備納米銀溶膠,通過(guò)添加試劑破壞銀溶膠的穩(wěn)定性,使銀粒子產(chǎn)生聚沉或絮凝,分析了納米銀溶膠的穩(wěn)定條件.考查了加入氨水的工藝條件對(duì)從銀溶膠中過(guò)濾分離納米銀粉的影響,控制溶膠的pH范圍可以得到不同粒度的納米銀.用有機(jī)堿性混合試劑可使溶膠中的銀粒子絮凝,易于固液分離,干燥后的銀粉經(jīng)快速滲透劑T分散后,銀粉的粒度?。?0 nm~20 nm)、穩(wěn)定性好.提供了從銀溶膠中過(guò)濾納米銀粉的新方法,該方法工藝簡(jiǎn)單、對(duì)設(shè)備要求低、能耗小、銀粉的收率高,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化.試樣經(jīng)TEM分析發(fā)現(xiàn),該法制備的納米銀粉粒度?。?0nm~40 nm),分散性好.XRD物相分析證實(shí)其為純的金屬銀.

    Abstract:

    Silver nanoparticles were prepared by the reduction reaction of silver nitrate solution with sodium hypophosphite in polyvinylpyrrolidone solution. The silver sol was coagulated by adding ammonia solution. Some technical conditions, such as pH value, ammonia concentration, ammonia dropping velocity and stirring rate were tested in order to get silver nanoparticles by filtrating silver sols. The results showed that the separation of solid silver nanoparticles with liquid solution was improved and the silver nanoparticles with different sizes were prepared using this method. The silver powders with particle size of 10 nm~20 nm were successfully separated from the silver sol by adding mixed solution of flocculent and organic alkaline agents. This process is simple and ordinary, needs some simply apparatuses only and consumed less energy with a high silver production capacity. Therefore, it is feasible for industrialized preparation of silver nanoparticles. The products were analyzed by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and shown that the particles were pure metal silver with high dispersible spherical form and diameters from 10 nm to 40 nm.
