    摘要:

    高溫超導(dǎo)大塊單晶體,可以用于精確地測(cè)定其晶體結(jié)構(gòu),掌握結(jié)構(gòu)與各種物性的關(guān)系,獲得反映其內(nèi)稟性質(zhì)的各種信息,對(duì)理解和解釋高溫超導(dǎo)電性機(jī)制有重要的理論意義,而且優(yōu)質(zhì)的單晶樣品也有重要的應(yīng)用意義.由于高溫超導(dǎo)氧化物晶體生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中均存在包晶反應(yīng)及包晶轉(zhuǎn)變,且從液相凝固為固相的過(guò)程為非同等成分轉(zhuǎn)變,使這種大塊單晶十分不易獲得,特別是YBCO,由于其液固相線較陡,制備更為困難.本文討論了與高Tc氧化物超導(dǎo)單晶生長(zhǎng)有關(guān)的晶體生長(zhǎng)物理理論,以及制備超導(dǎo)氧化物單晶過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵工藝問(wèn)題,特別是影響其生長(zhǎng)速率的因素以及提高生長(zhǎng)速率的方法.同時(shí),綜述了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外采用的制備方法.

    Abstract:

    Large bulk HTS single crystal can be used to measure accurately the structure and understand the relation between crystal structure and properties, as well as to obtain more information on its nature for high Tc superconductor. It is important to understand and explain the mechanism of high Tc superconductivity and their applications. It is quite difficult to obtain a large bulk HTS single crystal due to peritectic reaction, peritectic transformation and incoordinate composition transformation in the crystal growth process of HTS oxides, especially, a liquid-solid line of steep slope in YBCO phase diagram. Crystal growth theory related to HTS single crystal grown and techniques, some effects and improvements for crystal growth were discussed in this paper. In addition, some techniques for preparing HTS single crystal were summarized.
