    摘要:

    采用電弧爐熔煉及銅??扈T的方法制備Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5塊體非晶合金材料。利用儲(chǔ)能和快速釋放的方法,研究了鋯基塊體非晶材料在過(guò)冷液相區(qū)的快速粘滯流動(dòng)。結(jié)果表明,在過(guò)冷液相區(qū)內(nèi)能夠進(jìn)行快速粘滯流動(dòng)變形、粘滯成型和粘滯連接;成功地制備出微型齒輪件;成型件和連接區(qū)無(wú)晶化現(xiàn)象;連接強(qiáng)度與母材處于同一水平。

    Abstract:

    Zr41.2Ti13.8Ni10Cu12.5Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy was prepared by arc-melting and rapid casting into a copper mould. The rapid viscous flow of the bulk amorphous alloy was studied by the energy storage and the energy fast releasing. It is shown that the rapid viscous flow deformation, forming, welding can be carried out in the supercooled liquid region. And micro gear and same materials jointing is prepared successfully. There is no crystallization phase in the forming part and welding seam area. The tensile strength of the welded seam area is the same as that of the bulk amorphous matrix materials.
