    摘要:

    分別采用固相反應(yīng)-放電等離子體燒結(jié)法(SR-SPS)和球磨-放電等離子體燒結(jié)法(MG-SPS)兩種方法,系統(tǒng)研究了制備工藝對(duì)NixCo4-xSb12(x=0.1-0.5)化合物結(jié)構(gòu)和熱電性能的影響規(guī)律。研究表明:兩種制備工藝對(duì)于化合物的物相結(jié)構(gòu)及賽貝克系數(shù)的影響差異不大,但在Ni含量較低的情況下,SR-SPS的制備工藝增大了材料的電阻率和晶粒尺寸,使材料熱導(dǎo)率增加,從而導(dǎo)致熱電性能的降低;與SR-SPS相比,MG-SPS方法不但簡(jiǎn)便快捷,降低能耗,更有利于材料熱電性能的提高;本實(shí)驗(yàn)范圍內(nèi),采用MG-SPS方法制備的Ni0.2Co3.8Sb12燒結(jié)體在溫度T=-773K時(shí),其無量綱熱電性能指數(shù)ZT達(dá)到了0.6。

    Abstract:

    Effects of preparation technology on structure and thermoelectric properties of NixCo4-xSb12(x=0.1~0.5)were investigated separately by solid reaction-spark plasma sintering(SR-SPS)and mechanical milling-spark plasma sintering(MG-SPS)method.The two methods had little effect on phase structure and Seebeck coefficient,but SR-SPS technology augments electrical resistivity and the grain size of products when the content of Ni was as low as 0.1,and hence increase the thermal conductivity and decrease the thermoelectric properties.Compared with SR-SPS,MG-SPS method not only is simple and convenient in preparation,but also is propitious to the improvement the thermoelectric properties.In our experimental range,the Ni0.2Co3.8Sb12 bulk sintered by MG-SPS shows maximum ZT value of 0.6 at about 773 K.
