    摘要:

    介紹了目前研究Ti基復(fù)合材料界面反應(yīng)擴(kuò)散模型、界面反應(yīng)的動力學(xué)和熱力學(xué)、界面反應(yīng)擴(kuò)散控制機(jī)理。以及障礙涂層對界面反應(yīng)擴(kuò)散的影響。指出SiC纖維增強(qiáng)Ti基復(fù)合材料界面反應(yīng)擴(kuò)散的研究重點(diǎn)和發(fā)展方向。

    Abstract:

    The progress of interracial reaction diffusion of SiC fiber-reinforced Ti matrix composites is described. The reaction diffusion models, the dynamics and thermodynamics, the control mechanism of interracial reaction, and the effect of diffusion barriers on interracial reaction diffusion are introduced. Further research directions and focus of SiC fiber reinforced Ti matrix composites are pointed out.
