    摘要:

    在常溫常壓下以Cu-Zn-Al合金為基體，用混合酸適當(dāng)處理，制得了兩種不同形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)新穎的一維合金納米結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)透射電子顯微鏡對(duì)它們的形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行觀察，發(fā)現(xiàn)其為中空?qǐng)A柱結(jié)構(gòu)，接近納米管，但管壁較厚，中空程度小。根據(jù)EDX以及選區(qū)衍射確定了產(chǎn)物為一維Cu-Zn-Al合金納米結(jié)構(gòu)。初步分析了一維Cu-Zn-Al合金納米結(jié)構(gòu)的形成機(jī)理。

    Abstract:

    In normal temperature and pressure, two kinds of one-dimensional nano-structures with different patterns and structures, whose substrate were Cu-Zn-Al alloy, were successfully prepared after treating by mixed acid. It is found that the products are similar to nanotube because of their hollow and cylindrical structures, but their tube wall is thicker and their inner diameter is thinner than that of typical nanotube. The selected area electron diffraction and EDX analyze is confirm that the products are one-dimensional Cu-Zn-Al alloy nano-structures. The growth mechanics of nano-structures are primarily studied and the growth model is also put forward.
