    摘要:

    將Ni,Cr,Cr2O3,Ag和BaF2/CaF2按PS304成分配比進(jìn)行機(jī)械合金化(MA)。研究了不同的球磨時間對粉末性能的影響,并對機(jī)械合金化粉末的物相,晶粒尺寸及粉末形貌作了測定和分析討論。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),機(jī)械合金化使晶粒細(xì)化,其中Cr2O3,Ag的晶粒尺寸(球磨15h)可達(dá)50nm以下。CaF2和BaF2的X射線衍射峰隨球磨時間的延長而逐漸地減弱直至消失,同時在整個球磨過程中,并沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)CaF2或BaF2的新相生成,氟化物可能形成了過飽和固溶體。EDX分析表明,得到的粉為復(fù)合粉。

    Abstract:

    The PS304 powders were prepared by mechanical alloying(MA)using Ni,Cr,Cr2O3,Ag and BaF2/CaF2 powders.The influence of different milling time on powders characteristics was investigated.The results showed that the grain sizes were reduced during mechanical alloying,and the grain sizes of Cr2O3 and Ag were less than 50 nm after 15 h milling.Furthermore,with increase of milling time,the peaks of BaF2/CaF2 in XRD patterns weakened or disappeared,and no new phase was found.So BaF2/CaF2 maybe used to form supersaturated solid solution.EDX analysis showed that the final powder was composite powders.
