    摘要:

    為了改善Ti基貯氫合金的電化學(xué)性能,采用XRD,SEM及EDS分析了Ti0.3Zr0.225V0.25Mn0.3-xNi0.45+x(x=,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25)貯氫合金的相結(jié)構(gòu)及相成分,并研究了合金的電化學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,合金均由六方結(jié)構(gòu)的C14型Laves主相和立方結(jié)構(gòu)的C15型Laves第二相構(gòu)成;隨著Ni替代量x的增大,合金的活化性能降低,而循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性得到一定程度的改善。當(dāng)Ni替代量x=0.05時(shí),合金的放電容量達(dá)到最大,為426mAh/g,顯示出很大的應(yīng)用潛力.

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the electrochemical properties of Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys,the phase structures of Ti0.3Zr0.225V0.25Mn0.3-xNi0.45+x(x=0~0.25)hydrogen storage alloys were analyzed by XRD,SEM and EDS.The electrochemical properties of alloys were investigated.The results show that these alloys are composed of C14 Laves phase matrix with hexagonal structure and C15 Laves second phase with cubic structure.With the increase of x,the activation properties of alloys are decreased,while the cycle stabilities are improved.When x=0.05,the maximum discharge capacity of the alloy reaches to 426 mAh/g.These alloys show a great potential as negative electrode materials.
