    摘要:

    采用單邊缺口試樣用掃描電鏡原位觀察了BT20鈦合金激光焊接頭焊縫的裂紋萌生與擴展特征。焊后態(tài)試樣裂紋一經(jīng)萌生隨即失穩(wěn)斷裂。焊后熱處理試樣經(jīng)歷了較長的裂紋亞穩(wěn)擴展階段,在切應(yīng)力與正應(yīng)力共同作用下,微裂紋沿滑移帶萌生;裂紋擴展過程中遇到滑移帶時發(fā)生偏轉(zhuǎn);新的微裂紋在裂紋尖端的滑移帶相交處萌生,并隨后與主裂紋相連。焊后熱處理可顯著提高激光焊接頭的韌塑性。

    Abstract:

    The fracture characteristics of laser welded BT20 titanium alloy joints have been investigated through in-situ tensile tests in scanning electron microscope using a single-edge notched specimen. For as-welded specimens, they would fracture as soon as the crack initiated. The specimen after post-weld heat treatment experienced a long metastable stage before fracture. Microcrack initiated along slip band under the combination action of shear stress and normal stress. The crack would deflect when it came across slip bands. New microcrack would initiate at the position of slip bands intersecting each other ahead of the main crack, and converged with the main crack subsequently. Post-weld heat treatment can improve the toughness and plasticity of laser welded joints markedly.
