In this paper, progress in research of TiAl matrix composites at home and abroad was reviewed. The mechanical properties of some typical long fibers, short fibers, whiskers and particles reinforced TiAl matrix composites were summarized. Various technologies and features for preparing TiAl matrix composites were discussed especially.
