    摘要:

    系統(tǒng)研究了體積分?jǐn)?shù)對鎢絲增強(qiáng)Zr基非晶復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果顯示,在鎢絲體積分?jǐn)?shù)〈50%時,復(fù)合材料以剪切方式斷裂為主,壓縮強(qiáng)度和塑性應(yīng)變隨著體積分?jǐn)?shù)的增加而增加;在體積分?jǐn)?shù)≥50%時,復(fù)合材料以彎曲和劈開方式斷裂為主,壓縮強(qiáng)度隨著體積分?jǐn)?shù)的增加而繼續(xù)增加,而塑性應(yīng)變則開始降低。分析表明,鎢絲體積分?jǐn)?shù)的變化通過影響剪切帶的形成而引起材料的力學(xué)性能發(fā)生變化。

    Abstract:

    The influence of volume fraction on tungsten fiber/ Zr-based bulk metallic glass matrix composites was studied. The results show that the composites is fractured by shearing when the volume fraction is less than 50%; compressive strength and plastic deformation increase with the increase of volume fraction; when the volume fraction is more than 50%, the composites is fractured by bending and splitting, compressive strength increases continuously, but plastic deformation decreases with the increase of the volume fraction. The analysis indicates that mechanieal properties change with volume fraction of tungsten fiber affected by the form of shear bands.
