    摘要:

    采用重熔稀釋法原位制備了TiC陶瓷顆粒增強(qiáng)的鎂基復(fù)合材料.顯微組織觀察和XRD分析發(fā)現(xiàn)原位制備的增強(qiáng)相顆粒細(xì)小,分散均勻.阻尼研究表明,由于TiC的加入,復(fù)合材料的阻尼相對純鎂有所下降,但是熱處理可以提高復(fù)合材料的阻尼性能.

    Abstract:

    It is important by in-situ synthesis method to fabricate magnesium matrix composites. In-situ synthesis of magnesium matrix composites reinforced with TiC ceramics by remelting and diluting method was studied in the paper. It was found through microstructure observation and XDR analysis that the fine reinforcements dispersed uniformly in magnesium matrix composites. It was indicated that the damping capacity of magnesium matrix composites was less than that of pure magnesium due to the addition of TiC, but the damping capacity of magnesium matrix composites can be enhanced by heat treatment.
