    摘要:

    采用陽(yáng)極弧放電等離子體方法成功制備了高純鎳納米粉末;利用X射線衍射(XRD)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)和選區(qū)電子衍射(SAED)、BET吸附法測(cè)試手段對(duì)試樣的成分、形貌、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、比表面積、粒度及其分布進(jìn)行性能表征,并采用元素分析儀測(cè)定C,H,N含量,采用X射線能量色散分析譜儀(EDS)測(cè)定試樣所含的元素及其相對(duì)含量,用紅外吸收光譜(FT-1R)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)組成進(jìn)行定性分析.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:本法所制備的鎳納米粉末的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)與相應(yīng)的塊體材料基本相同,為fcc結(jié)構(gòu)的晶態(tài),平均粒徑為47 nm,粒度范圍分布在20 nm~70 nm,呈規(guī)則的球形鏈狀分布,比表面積為14.23 m2/g,試樣純度高且具有很強(qiáng)吸附性.

    Abstract:

    Pure Ni nanopowders were successfully prepared by the anodic arc discharged plasma method with homemade experimental apparatus. The nanoparticles by this process were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), and BET adsorption to determine the chemical composition, morphology, crystal structure, specific surface area, particle size and particle size distribution. Element analyze instrument is also used to determine the C, H, N contents. The main constituent elements were examined by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) equipped in SEM and the structure compose was qualitatively analyzed by FT-IR spectrum. The experimental results showed that the crystal structure of samples was fcc structure same as the bulk material with an average grain size of about 47 nm, ranging from 20 nm to 70 nm. The sample has high purity and strong adsorption, whose particles distributed uniformly in spherical chain shape with a specific surface area of 14.23 m2/g.
