    摘要:

    將擴(kuò)散界面場(chǎng)模型與Khachaturyan彈性應(yīng)變能計(jì)算模型相耦合,對(duì)對(duì)稱成分點(diǎn)調(diào)幅分解過(guò)程中應(yīng)力場(chǎng)(包括外場(chǎng))對(duì)析出相的形態(tài)及動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程的影響進(jìn)行模擬研究。模擬結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于非均勻彈性模量系統(tǒng)在外加應(yīng)力場(chǎng)作用下,沉淀相的析出過(guò)程發(fā)生重大的變化,粒子沿彈性軟方向呈各向異性析出。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,Diffuse-interface field model and Khachaturyan elastic strain energy model are coupled to investigate the morphologyical evolutions and kinetics process controlled by transformation-induced elastic strain (include external strain field) during spinodal decomposition in a symmetrical composition case. The simulation results indicate that precipitates are preferentially oriented along elalstic soft directions with an external stress for an inhomogeneous elastic modulus system.
