    摘要:

    以單模100W CW CO2激光器為光源,碳酸鈰為靶材,采用激光蒸凝法制備出了氧化鈰納米粒子。并用X射線衍射,電子衍射,透射電鏡等技術(shù)對納米粒子的性能進(jìn)行了表征,同時對納米粒子的形成機(jī)理進(jìn)行了初步的探討。結(jié)果表明,激光功率密度、反應(yīng)壓力、載氣種類及流量等工藝參數(shù)對產(chǎn)品的粒度等性能均有影響,在惰性氣氛下得到產(chǎn)物氧化鈰的粒徑比較大,為50nm~80nm,在還原性氣氛下得到產(chǎn)物仍然是立方晶系的氧化鈰,粒徑較小大約10nm~20nm。

    Abstract:

    CeO2 superfine powder was well prepared by laser heating gas-evaporation method with a 150 W CW CO2 laser as light source and Ce2(CO3)3 as targets. All the effects of process reaction parameters on products have been well researched. Measurements such as XRD, TEM were used to characterize the superfine particles. The obtained results show that many parameters such as the laser power density, reaction pressure, sort and rate of airflows affect the size and morphorlogy of nanoparticles. The size of the particle changes within 50 nm-80 nm in Ar atmosphere, and 10 nm-20 nm in deoxidization atmosphere of H2.
