    摘要:

    采用共沉淀法制備了金屬離子雙摻雜的TiO2光催化劑,通過XRD,TEM,BET(表面積測定)和DRS(紫外-可見漫反射)測試手段對樣品進行分析,以甲基橙為目標污染物對其進行光催化降解.研究結(jié)果表明:光催化活性是多種因素協(xié)同作用的結(jié)果,煅燒溫度、摻雜以及樣品的光吸收對光催化性能都產(chǎn)生影響.金屬離子雙摻雜可使光催化劑在可見光區(qū)具有光響應,在熒光汞燈激發(fā)下,其催化活性優(yōu)于未摻雜的樣品.

    Abstract:

    TiO2 codoped with antimony and chromium was prepared by coprecipation method. The characters of samples were measured by XRD, TEM, BET and DRS methods. TiO2 codoped with antimony and chromium shows intense absorption bands in the visible light region. Codoped samples are presented with enhanced performance over nondoped samples and TiO2 doped with only antimony.
