    摘要:

    采用檸檬酸溶膠-凝膠法制備了具有鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)的稀土復(fù)合氧化物DyFeO3,X射線粉末衍射和透射電鏡觀察表明該材料為粒徑約26nm的納米顆粒,由于粒徑的減小、表面積的增大而造成其晶體結(jié)構(gòu)中呈現(xiàn)出一定的晶格畸變率。將材料制成氣敏元件并測(cè)試了其對(duì)H2S,乙醇,CO,H2等多種氣體的氣敏特性,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)該材料對(duì)H2S有較高的靈敏度和選擇性,因而有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    Rare-earth composite oxide DyFeO3 was synthesized by adopting sol-gel method in citrate which belongs to the structure of peroviskite. Structural characteristics characterized by XRD and TEM indicate that this material is nanosized. The crystal structure shows a certain amount of lattice distortion due to the decrease of the grain size and the increase of the surface area. This material was made into gas sensors and measured its gas-sensing properties to ethanol, CO, H2, H2S etc. The results show that the sensors based on DyFeO3 have high sensitivity ,excellent selectivity and quick response&recovery behavior to H2S.
