    摘要:

    以檸檬酸為絡(luò)合劑,采用溶膠-凝膠(sol—gel)自燃燒方法制備了La0.5Sr0.5MnO3納米晶體。使用FT-IR,DSC—TG,XRD,波導(dǎo)方法對反應(yīng)、反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物以及反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物的電磁性能進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,在凝膠中,金屬離子與檸檬酸以絡(luò)合物的形式存在。凝膠在273℃基本完成自燃燒反應(yīng)。生成的La0.5Sr0.5MnO3納米晶體為鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu),隨著反應(yīng)溫度的提高,產(chǎn)物的粒徑逐漸增大。電磁性能結(jié)果表明,La0.5Sr0.5MnO3在8GHz~12GHz的微波范圍內(nèi)具有明顯的介電損耗。隨著厚度的增加,混合媒質(zhì)的反射率逐漸增加,反射率吸收峰隨著厚度的增加向低頻移動。

    Abstract:

    La0.5Sr0.5MnO3 nano crystalline was synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion method using citric acid as the chelating agents. Some analysis methods, which consisted of FT-IR, XRD, DSC-TG, wave-guide, were used to character the gel and the products after calcining. It was shown that metal ions and carboxyl were coordinated by the orientated manner. The phenomenon of melt, combustion and forming crystal for gel were observed in the process of thermo-decomposition, the nano crystalline had a dielectric loss in the frequency range of measurement. With the increasing of thickness, the reflectivity of perovskite-type nano crystalline increased and absorption peak shifted from high frequency to low frequency.
