    摘要:

    以硝酸鋅、碳酸銨為原料,采用均勻沉淀法制備了ZnO納米粉體,借助Zeta電位儀、IR圖譜、XRD及SEM等測試手段,研究了ZnO納米粉體合成過程中的團聚體狀態(tài)。結(jié)果表明:選擇合適的沉淀條件,在沉淀過程中引入適宜的表面活性劑,可增強粉體表面的靜電位阻效應(yīng),避免干燥和煅燒過程中形成硬團聚體,從而改善粉體的分散性。在碳酸銨:硝酸鋅為3:1的摩爾比所得ZnO粉體晶粒小于20nm,二次粒徑小于80nm。

    Abstract:

    Nano-ZnO powder was prepared by using Zn(NO3)2 and (NH4)2CO3 as starting materials. The aggregation of nano-ZnO powder particles was studied by the Zeta potential system, infrared absorption spectra, XRD and SEM. The results showed that a suitable dispersant added to the ZnO precursor could increase the static potential of nano-ZnO powder, which would restrain aggregation of the precursor during the drying and calcining process. In this way, the dispersed state of the ZnO nano-powder is improved. The particle size of prepared ZnO powder is less than 20 nm. Secondary particle size is less than 80 nm.
