    摘要:

    采用機(jī)械合金化制備了La-Mg-Ni系三元儲(chǔ)氫材料,并對(duì)其熱力學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)進(jìn)行了研究,該材料具有很好的活性和較高的儲(chǔ)氫量,在553K時(shí)儲(chǔ)氫量達(dá)到5.23%(質(zhì)量百分?jǐn)?shù))。在3.0MPa氫氣壓力和423K~573K之間的條件下,可以在1min之內(nèi)完成飽和吸氫量的90%以上。采用XRD衍射、SEM對(duì)材料的物相和形貌進(jìn)行分析和研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明:物相組成為La2Mg17,Mg2Ni,LaH2和單質(zhì)La,顆粒的最大粒徑為4μm?;旌戏勰┎牧系姆蔷Щ腕w系中催化物質(zhì)的存在使其氫化動(dòng)力學(xué)性能得以明顯改善。

    Abstract:

    The ternary alloy LaMg17Ni was prepared by mechanical alloying (MA) and its thermodynamic and kinetic properties were examined. This composite possesses high hydrogen storage capacity of 5.23 mass% at 553 K. Under 3.0 MPa hydrogen pressure, the alloy can absorb more than 90% of its full hydrogen capacity in less than 1 min at 423 K~573 K. X-ray diffraction and SEM were used to characterize the crystal structure, microstructures, and composition of the composite sample. It was found that the MA sample contained a mixture of La2Mg17, Mg2Ni, LaH2 and La particles. The kinetics of the sample was assisted the by catalytic action of Mg2Ni and La as well as the existence of the multiphase structure formed in the preparation process.
