    摘要:

    介紹了有限體積數(shù)值模擬技術(shù),在MSC.Superforge商業(yè)應(yīng)用軟件平臺(tái)上,對(duì)某公司鋁型材產(chǎn)品FD-JLB8001的擠壓變形進(jìn)行了過程模擬,通過工業(yè)試驗(yàn)證明:金屬流出速度的模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況比較相符,利用這種技術(shù)指導(dǎo)一般的非空心型材擠壓模具設(shè)計(jì)在生產(chǎn)上是可行的。

    Abstract:

    the simulation technology of infinite volume method has been introduced, implemented in the commercial computer program MSC.SuperForge, an approach has been developed to simulate the extrusion forming of aluminium profile with its sequence number of FD-JLB8001 produced by an enterprise and it has been showed a good agreement in tendency with the experimental one. As a result of it ,the design method supported by this technology is feasible for the extrusion die used in the real production of the non-hollow profile.
