    摘要:

    對(duì)Fe-26Mn-6Si-7Cr-1Cu和Fe-20Mn-6Si-7Cr-1Cu兩種Fe基形狀記憶合金進(jìn)行了超聲波振動(dòng)空蝕試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,兩種合金都具有優(yōu)良的抗空蝕性能,比較而言,F(xiàn)e-26Mn-6Si-7Cr-1Cu合金的抗空蝕性能優(yōu)于Fe-20Mn-6Si-7Cr-1Cu合金。在局部載荷作用下可吸收較多彈性變形能及在空蝕過(guò)程中有較高應(yīng)變誘發(fā)馬氏體相變能是前者抗空蝕性能優(yōu)于后者的主要原因。

    Abstract:

    Cavitation erosions of Fe-26Mn-6Si-7Cr-1Cu and Fe-20Mn-6Si-7Cr-1Cu shape memory alloys were investigated by using an ultrasonic vibratory apparatus. It is showed that both alloys have good cavitation erosion resistance. Fe-26Mn-6Si-7Cr-1Cu alloy is more resistant to cavitation erosion than Fe-20Mn-6Si-7Cr-1Cu alloy, which is mainly attributed to the higher strain-induced martensitic transformation energy and elastic deformation energy under a localized load.
