    摘要:

    通過熱氧化法制備了銥氧化物電極,研究了電極的各種H^ 響應(yīng)行為:電極響應(yīng)開路電位與溶液pH值的線性關(guān)系、響應(yīng)范圍、響應(yīng)速度、滯后效應(yīng)。分別利用循環(huán)伏安法SEM、XPS對(duì)銥氧化物電極的內(nèi)外表面組成、表面形貌與元素價(jià)態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)建立的內(nèi)、外表面電荷積分模型分析了電極H^ 響應(yīng)速度、滯后效應(yīng)和氧化膜厚度、形態(tài)的關(guān)系,提出了水合氧化膜存在下的H^ 響應(yīng)機(jī)理。

    Abstract:

    Many H+ response characteristics of Iridium oxide electrode were described in this paper. The linear relationship between open-circuit potential and pH value, decisive factors to response rate were studied in detail. The hysteresis effect were also investigated, furthermore, many determination technologies, such as cyclic voltammetry, SEM, XPS were used to analyze the element valence and composition or to decide the rate of inner and outer surface, as well as to observe the morphology of the oxide film, from which the relationship between hysteresis effect and film thickness as well as morphology was discussed, finally, the response mechanism of the hydrous iridium oxide electrode were suggested.
