    摘要:

    研究了熔體過熱處理對(duì)M963鑄造鎳基高溫合金凝固偏析的影響。結(jié)果表明，熔體過熱處理對(duì)Al，Co和Ni的偏析影響不磊；1923K，5min熔體過熱處理，使Ti，Nb和W的偏析增大，Mo和Cr的偏析減小。元素偏析程度的改變足由于合金熔體結(jié)構(gòu)的變化引起的。

    Abstract:

    The effect of melt overheating treatment on the solidification segregation of M963 cast Ni-base superalloy has been studied. The results show that the melt overheating treatment has little effect on the segregation of Al, Co and Ni; and the melt treatment at 1 923 K for 5 min caused an increase in segregation of Ti, Nb and W and a decrease in segregation of Mo and Cr obviously. It is suggested that the change of segregation is attributed to the change in the melt structure of the M963 superalloy.
