    摘要:

    應(yīng)用穆斯堡爾譜,透射電子顯微鏡分析測(cè)定了FeCrCoVTiW永磁合金最佳磁性狀態(tài)下的2相成分α1相為78Fe-5Cr-17Co,α2相為13Fe-80Cr-7Co;相對(duì)量α1相為0.71,α2相為0.29。該合金的穆斯堡爾譜可以分解為8套亞譜,其中7個(gè)鐵磁性亞譜屬于合金中脫溶的α1相,它的平均超精細(xì)磁場(chǎng)約為24.6MA/m,一套順磁性亞譜對(duì)應(yīng)于合金中基體的α2相。按單疇粒子理論討論和計(jì)算了該合金矯頑力。

    Abstract:

    The strong magnetic phase size and its magnetic properties in FeCrCoVTiW permanent alloy were measured by Mssbauer spectrum and transmission electron microscope. The compositions of the two phases in the alloy were analyzed. The components of the 1 phase is 78Fe5Cr17Co, the components of the 2 phase is 13Fe80Cr7Co. According to the single magnetic domain theory, the computed value of coercive force of the alloy is approximately consistent with the experimental value, and the high coercive force value is resulted from the magnetic moment turn in the single magnetic domain of the alloy.
