    摘要:

    采用軸對(duì)稱和三維模型對(duì)鍍環(huán)激光束焊接過程的溫度場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了有限元分析,表明2種模型分析結(jié)果的趨勢(shì)基本一致,軸對(duì)稱模型可以得到焊接準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)時(shí)的溫度場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力場(chǎng)分布,三維模型可以得到整個(gè)移動(dòng)焊接過程的溫度場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力場(chǎng)分布,焊接起弧和收弧部位的殘余應(yīng)力比準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)時(shí)約高20%。

    Abstract:

    Both axisymmetric and 3-D models are used to simulate the temperature and stress fields of laser beam welding process of beryllium ring. It is shown that the computed results of two models are identical. The temperature and stress fields can be obtained in the quasi-balance state using the axisymmetric model and in the whole process using the 3-D model. The residual stresses at the start and the end welding are about 20 percent larger than that in the quasi-balance state.
