    摘要:

    通過對不同狀態(tài)的7075鋁合金以不同的應(yīng)變速率和不同的應(yīng)變鍛造,并利用了光鏡(OM)、透射電鏡(TEM)對熱變形顯微組織進(jìn)行觀察。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:對于7075鋁合金,較高的應(yīng)變速率有利于出現(xiàn)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶,動態(tài)再結(jié)晶的方式為不連續(xù)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶,當(dāng)應(yīng)變速率較低時,只出現(xiàn)動態(tài)回復(fù)。彌散的第二相粒予在動態(tài)再結(jié)晶過程中起了重要作用。

    Abstract:

    aluminum alloy with different states (T6 and solution treatment) were forged at different strain rates (10-2s-1 and 102s-1) and strains. OM (optical microscope) and TEM (transmission electronic microscope) were used to observe the microstructure of 7075 aluminum alloy after hot deformation. Experiment results indicate that dynamic recrystallization for 7075 aluminum alloy is apt to occur under the higher strain rate and recrystallization mechanism is discontinuous dynamic recrystallization, dynamic recovery takes place at the lower strain rate. The second-phase particles play a very important role in the process of refinement of the grains.
