    摘要:

    討論了YBCO高溫超導體定向凝固中所涉及的包晶反應、界面穩(wěn)定性及其形態(tài)控制、凝固取向和晶向控制等問題。并提出了定向凝固中應該注意的問題。

    Abstract:

    Some basic problems in preparing YBCO superconductor by directional solidification, including the peritectic reaction , the interface stability and its control , the orientation of solidification, and crystal orientation control , were discussed. Many problems have been revealed and must be overcome in the future, in order to get an optimum structure.
