    摘要:

    研究了微晶蠟MW的加入對(duì)PW-EVA-HDPE蠟基粘結(jié)劑、喂料的均勻性、流變特性的影響。對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)MW加入不會(huì)明顯改變粘結(jié)劑的粘度，加入20％MW(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的蠟基體強(qiáng)度提高了5倍，體積收縮率降低到6．44％，使多元蠟基粘結(jié)劑從粗大層片狀(50μm-150μm)結(jié)晶細(xì)化為均勻的微細(xì)晶(5μm～8μm)；一定量的MW可以改善PW-EVA-HDPE三元蠟基粘結(jié)劑的組織均勻性和熱穩(wěn)定性，升高注射溫度，能提高粉末裝載量和粉末在粘結(jié)劑中分散的均勻性，從而提高產(chǎn)品的成品率和尺寸精度。

    Abstract:

    The properties of PW-EVA-HDPE binder with the addition of MW were studied. It shows that the addition of MW from 1% to 30% (mass fraction) causes an increase in the tensile strength and a decrease in shrinkage of the binder. After blending PW with MW, the crystallation behavior of wax matrix changes, that is resulting in fine grain for the binder and more isotropic microstructure for the feedstock. The powder loading capacity increases and the feedstock becomes more homogeneous. The reason of the modification is also discussed.
