    摘要:

    對在相同爆炸復(fù)合條件下幾種不同狀態(tài)的金屬所產(chǎn)生的絕熱剪切帶(ASB)的顯微組織進(jìn)行了觀察及顯微硬度測定，探討了不同的相組成、預(yù)變形程度和晶體結(jié)構(gòu)對絕熱剪切帶形成的影響。結(jié)果表明：ASB的形態(tài)、大小和數(shù)量受材料的預(yù)冷變形程度、成分、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、相組成等因素的影響；ASB的硬度值均高于基體。

    Abstract:

    This work investigated the effects o f the metallurgical parameters on th e forming of adiabatic shear bands(ASBs )in some different state metals under the same explosiv e cladding process by observing microstructures and measuring microhardness.The results indicated that the shape,size and quantity of ASBs a re affected by the factors of pre-deformed degree,crystal structure,ph ase states etc.The mi-cro-hardness of ASB is higher than th at of the matrix.
