    摘要:

    研究了不同裝管密度對Bi-2223/Ag帶材(19芯)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:采用壓棒裝管工藝提高了帶材芯絲的填充系統(tǒng),有利于提高帶材的工程電流密度;第一次熱處理后帶材表面的鼓泡明顯比松裝帶材少,有利于提高電流沿長度方向上的均勻性,更適合制備長帶。壓棒裝管帶材與松裝帶材相比,寬展更大,最終熱處理后芯絲致密,孔洞少,而且2223相含量高,最終帶材的載流性能好于松裝帶材。

    Abstract:

    The influence of initial packing density on the superconducting properties of Bi-2223/Ag tape has been studied. The results indicate that the processing of cold-isostatic-pressing(CIP) can increase the fill factor and the ]r of tape. The number of bubble after first heat treatment is reduced by CIP processing which can improve the uniformity of Jr along the longitudinal direction to be more suitable for the fabrication of long Bi-2223/Ag tapes. During rolling, the CIP tape is more wider than the loose packed tape. With more fraction of Bi-2223 phase, dense core and less porosity, the Jc of the CIP tapes is increased.
