    摘要:

    用實(shí)驗(yàn)法獲得了激光熔覆反應(yīng)合成TiCp/Al復(fù)合材料過程激光突然停止時(shí)刻的顯微組織;在已開發(fā)的激光表面熔凝過程三維瞬態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)和流場(chǎng)模擬程序的基礎(chǔ)上??紤]了激光熔覆反應(yīng)過程的特點(diǎn)。用試錯(cuò)法改變?cè)环磻?yīng)各自的反應(yīng)溫度并依此溫度分別將反應(yīng)熱對(duì)溫度場(chǎng)的影響計(jì)人數(shù)值計(jì)算,將計(jì)算得到的溫度與激光突然停止試驗(yàn)組織狀態(tài)圖的位置線進(jìn)行比較,估定出了不同原位反應(yīng)的發(fā)生溫度;以不同參數(shù)進(jìn)行工藝試驗(yàn)并進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,比較熔覆層與基體界面結(jié)合處的金相組織和模擬計(jì)算溫度對(duì)應(yīng)的情況,驗(yàn)證了估定溫度的可靠性;激光熔覆條件下原位反應(yīng)溫度的確定。為合理選擇加工參數(shù)并優(yōu)化工藝提供了參考依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    A microstructure photograph was obtained when laser beam was turned off suddenly during laser cladding to synthesize TiC,,/Al composite. Based on the developed 3-D transient temperature field and fluid flow field simulation program for laser remelting, cladding reaetion features were considered and trial-and-error method was employed to choose every in-situ reaction temperature. According to the temperatures, the reaction enthalpies were added into temperature field calculation. Comparing the simulated temperature with the position lines of the different microstructure zones of the laser sudden stop test, the in-situ reaction temperatures under laser condition could be assessed. Some different parameters of processing were selected for the tests and numerical calculation. Through the agreement between the interface microstructure of the substrate and the cladding layer with the simulated temperature lines, the reliability of the assessed temperatures were proved validly. The assessed temperatures under laser condition could provide a reference for choosing the reasonable processing parameters and the optimized scheme.
