    摘要:

    根據(jù)電磁場(chǎng)和磁流體力學(xué)理論,設(shè)計(jì)制造了以永磁體為工作介質(zhì),對(duì)金屬液具有磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)控制作有的雙磁力驅(qū)流體流動(dòng)控制器。理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明:該控制器可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)金屬熔體無(wú)接觸的磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)攪拌;并可對(duì)彎月面形狀和波動(dòng)進(jìn)行控制,當(dāng)下磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)器轉(zhuǎn)速35r/s ,上驅(qū)動(dòng)器轉(zhuǎn)速20r/s時(shí),液面平直且波動(dòng)較小,即液面達(dá)到似穩(wěn)狀態(tài);該實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下Sn+3.5%Pb(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),下同)合金連鑄凝固組織為100%細(xì)等軸晶,連鑄坯的初期凝固點(diǎn)降低,凝固坯殼變薄且無(wú)效。

    Abstract:

    Base on the theory of electromagnetic field and magneto hydrodynamic, an apparatus of double-driving by magnetic force media with permanent magnet has been designed and manufactured. The characteristics analyzed from theory and experiment show that the apparatus can drive and stir molten metal without any directly contact; the shape and wave of meniscus can be controlled by the apparatus. When velocity of down driver is 35 turns per second, the upper is 20 turns per second, surface of metal liquid is more straight with little wave. That is like-stabilization state of meniscus; under this condition solidification structure of continuously casting is100% fine equiaxed structure, initial solidification point is descended and the solidification shell become thinner and uniformity.
