    摘要:

    鈦合金的蠕變行為是非常復(fù)雜的，通常蠕變行為可以分為低溫蠕變，擴(kuò)散蠕變和位錯(cuò)蠕變等。一些得要的內(nèi)外因素，如溫度，組織結(jié)構(gòu)等對(duì)鈦合金的蠕變性能都有影響，且對(duì)不同蠕變類型其影響也不同。本文主要綜述和分析了蠕變參數(shù)，組織結(jié)構(gòu)，合金元素硅等對(duì)鈦合金位錯(cuò)里面變行為的影響以及提高蠕變阻力的各種可能機(jī)制。

    Abstract:

    The creep behavior of Ti alloys is complicated and can usually be divided into low temperature creep, grain boundary slip creep, diffusion creep and dislocation creep, so on. Some important factors, such as temperature, time and microstructure, influence the creep property of Ti alloys due to the different creep types. This paper reviews the effects of creep parameters, microstructure, and Si element on the dislocation creep behavior of Ti alloys, and the possible mechanism of improving the creep resistant of alloys are also discussed.
