    摘要:

    利用高頻-超音頻和雙高頻的電磁場實現(xiàn)了液態(tài)金屬雙頻電磁約束成形的工藝過程,達到了固態(tài)試樣無接觸加熱熔化、初步約束成形和復雜形狀熔體無模殼電磁成形的目的。在雙頻電磁成形過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),高頻-超音頻雙頻電磁成形控制不僅優(yōu)于單頻電磁成形,而且比雙高頻電磁成形控制容易,2種頻率的電磁場不同加熱熔化和電磁成形功能都能加以發(fā)揮,并可單獨加以調(diào)節(jié)。在試驗中利用高頻-超音頻雙頻電磁成形工藝過程成功兒得了扁橢圓截面和彎截面復雜形狀的雙頻無模電磁成形樣件。

    Abstract:

    Using one frequency field to inductively heat the solid metal and another frequency field to confine the molten metal to a near net shape without contacting with the mold, a dual frequency eletromagnetic shaping process of liquid metal has been successfully realized by high supersonic and two high frequency electromagnetic fields. Owing to the fact that induction heating and electromagnetic shaping for different frequency fields can be adjusted separately, the control of the high supersonic dual frequency electromagnetic shaping of liquid metal is easier not only than single frequency electromagnetic shaping, but also than dual high frequency electromagnetic shaping. By designing suitable induction heating and electromagnetic shaping coils, some near net shaped sample parts with elliptical and menisoid cross sections have been produced using high supersonic dual frequency electromagnetic shaping process.
