    摘要:

    利用自行設(shè)計(jì)的一套凈成形真空液相壓滲工藝裝置制備了凈成形碳纖維增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料。通過對(duì)纖維與顆?;祀s技術(shù)、粘結(jié)劑的選擇、溶膠-凝膠法制備熱解碳涂層效果的研究,使制備出的碳鋁復(fù)合材料的纖維體積分?jǐn)?shù)適中,纖維分布均勻。復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度及彈性模量分別達(dá)到945MPa和218GPa。

    Abstract:

    A near net shaped carbon fiber reinforced Al composite was prepared by a new vacuum squeeze casting process. The technology of mixing fibers and fine particles, the choice of binders, as well as the effect of a carbon coating obtained using a sol gel method are studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the fibers in the composite have a moderate volume fraction and a good distribution. The tensile strength and elastic modulus of the composite reach 900MPa and 200GPa respectively.
