    摘要:

    用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法研究了粉末燒結(jié)Ｎｄ－Ｆｅ－Ｂ永磁體磁性能的均勻性，分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，粉末取向度對均勻性有很大影響，隨裝填密度增加，取向度變小，磁性減弱，分布的離散度變寬。磁體磁通量的分布受成分、取向磁場和密度等多種隨機因素的影響統(tǒng)計結(jié)果比較好地服從正態(tài)分布

    Abstract:

    Magnetic homogeneity and flux distribution in Nd Fe B magnets have been studied using a statistic method. The results show that the distribution of magnetic flux is affected by various random factors such as composition, orientational field, and magnetic flux density. The statistic results conform well to a normal Gaussian distribution. Moreover, the main factor affecting magnetic homogeneity is the orientation degree of the easy axis of the powders.
