    摘要:

    用水熱沉淀法合成了不同粒徑的 Sn O2 納米晶 ,屬于四方晶系 ,空間群為 P4/ mnm。計(jì)算表明 :隨焙燒溫度的升高 ,Sn O2 晶粒度增大 ;而平均晶格畸變率則隨晶粒度的增大而減小 ,表明粒子越小晶格畸變?cè)酱?,晶粒發(fā)育越不完整。TEM分析結(jié)果表明 :所合成的 Sn O2 納米粒子基本呈球形 ;隨焙燒溫度的升高 ,Sn O2 粒子的粒徑增大。熱失重分析表明 :水熱沉淀法所合成的 Sn O2 納米粉末中雜質(zhì)含量很少 ,純度高。

    Abstract:

    Nanocrystalline SnO 2 with different particle sizes has been prepared by means of hydrothermal precipitation. The resulting SnO 2 nanometer size powders, which are basically spherical in shape according to TEM, are tetragonal in structure with space group P4/mnm. Calculation shows that the crystallite size of SnO 2 increases with increase of the calcination temperature, but that the average crystal lattice distortion rate decreases with increase of crystallite size. The smaller the particle, the bigger the crystal lattice distortion and the slower the crystal growth rate. Weight loss analysis indicates the prepared SnO_2 is very slightly impure.
