    摘要:

    提出了一種以計算若干相關(guān)的相變關(guān)鍵點來有效觀測和建立中碳合金鋼等溫相圖的新思想，實驗結(jié)果表明，該方法不僅可以通過精確計算Ｂ２溫度從而而準確預(yù)測兩條ｃ是的峰谷位置，而且在預(yù)測較多元、以及在較大的合金含范圍內(nèi)預(yù)測中碳合金鋼的等溫相圖上有較大優(yōu)勢，同時，該思想對設(shè)計新的多元合金風提供了十分有效的預(yù)測手段。

    Abstract:

    A new predicting methodology for the time temperature transformation diagrams of medium carbon multicomponent alloy steels is proposed. Some critical transformation points used to model the time temperature transformation diagrams of multicomponent alloy steels are given as a function of alloy chemistry. It has been found that the bay between two C curves(pearlite and bainite) can be predicted correctly in terms of a precisely calculated B s temperature. The commercial application potential of this approach to the design of new multicomponent alloy steels is also discussed in detail
