    摘要:

    研究了粉末裝載量和燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)MIM鎢基高密度合金力學(xué)性能的影響,并將MIM工藝與傳統(tǒng)壓制/燒結(jié)工藝進(jìn)行了比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用裝載量為47%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))的喂料,在1530℃燒結(jié)2h得到的97W-2Ni-1Fe高密度合金具有優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能的達(dá)到的性能為σb=936MPa,σ0.2=649MPa,δ=11.4%,HRC=31,優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)壓制/燒結(jié)工藝制得的合金。

    Abstract:

    The effects of powder loading and sintering temperature on the mechanical properties of a metal injection molded (MIM) tungsten heavy alloy are studied. The properties of MIM products are compared with those of traditional pressed/sintered products with the same compositions. The following optimal properties have been attained for the 97W 2Ni 1Fe alloy made by the MIM process with a powder loading of 47vol% and sintered at 1 530 for 2 hrs: b=936 MPa,02=649 MPa,=114%,HRC=31 They are much better than those of pressed/sintered alloy.
