    摘要:

    采用ＭＩＭ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉伸試樣模具，研究注射過程主要工藝參數(shù)即注射溫度，注射壓力，模具溫度對(duì)注射過程缺陷的影響，獲得了最佳注射工藝參數(shù)，對(duì)欠注，斷裂，中心通孔等幾種缺陷的形成機(jī)制作了分析，并提出了ＭＩＭ成形范圍圖的概念。

    Abstract:

    The influence of some important injection processing parameters,including temperature,pressure and mold temperature,on the injection defects in compacts has been studied using metal injection molding (MIM) standard tensile specimens.Some optimum injection parameters have been obtained. The forming mechanism of the defects such as short shots,fracture,and central through-hollow is discussed.
