    摘要:

    用實驗的方法研究了徑向溫度梯度對熔化生長YBCO大塊超導體形貌及性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,正的徑向溫度梯度有利于抑制YBCO大塊超導體的成核數(shù),制得的樣品具有扇形形貌,晶疇區(qū)少而大,樣品具有高的磁懸浮力。負的徑向溫度梯度則不然,制得的樣品無規(guī)則形貌,晶疇區(qū)多且小,磁懸浮力低。對上述結(jié)果從理論上給出了定性解釋

    Abstract:

    The effects of radial temperature gradient on the macrostructure and properties of MTG bulk YBCO superconductor have been investigated. The results indicate that a positive radial temperature gradient is favourable for depressing the nucleation number of YBCO bulk superconductors during the MTG process. Samples fabricated in this way is composed of a few large fan-shaped YBCO Superconducting crystal domains, and its magnetic levitation force is higher. On the contrary, a negative radial temperature gradient is favourable for randomly nucleation, and produces a sample with many small crystal domains randomly oriented. The magnetic levitation force of the sample is lower.
