    摘要:

    采用高溫淬火方法制備了Ｔｃ在２７．４Ｋ至９２．４Ｋ之間的一組不同氧含量的ＰＭＰ（粉末熔融工藝）法ＹＢＣＯ超導(dǎo)體。通過(guò)對(duì)這些超導(dǎo)體樣品的磁滯回線及不可逆線的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，隨著氧空位的增加，超導(dǎo)體的磁通釘扎力減小

    Abstract:

    A series of PMP-processed YBCO superconductors with different oxygen content and T c between 27.4-92.4K have been prepared by quenching from high temperatures. The studies of magnetic hysteresis and irrversibility line of these samples reveal that the magnetic flux pinning force decreases with the increase of oxygen deficiency.
