    摘要:

    比較系統(tǒng)地分析了粉末注射成形（ＰＩＭ）中所涉及到的流變學(xué)概念和原理。推導(dǎo)了ＰＩＭ中有重要應(yīng)用價值的牛頓流體、冪律流體、賓漢流體的蠕變規(guī)律，以及在柱形模腔中流體前沿的速度分布，最后討論了在Ｓｉ３Ｎ４注射成形體系中有關(guān)流變學(xué)概念和原理的應(yīng)用情況。

    Abstract:

    he systematical analyses on the rheological concepts and principles concerning the powder injection molding (PIM) process are carried out. The creeping regularities and the flowing rate distributions at the flow front in the cylinder cavity on the Newton flow, Power-law flow and Bingham flow, which are of great importance in PIM, are derived. Finaly, the rheological analysis in St3N4-binder injection molding system is discussed as an example of rheological principles and their application.
