    摘要:

    以寶雞有色金屬加工廠３１５０ｔ擠壓機(jī)組１２臺(tái)６００ｋＷ工頻感應(yīng)加熱爐為對(duì)象，研制了稀有金屬感應(yīng)加熱爐微機(jī)群控系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)包括錠表面溫度檢測(cè)、輻射測(cè)溫全過程修正、加熱全過程群優(yōu)控制三部分。

    Abstract:

    his paper presents the computer group control system which is developed with the object of the 12 sets of 600kW furnace used for 3150t extruding press of Baoji Nonferrous Metals Works. The system includes measuring the surface temperature of ingots, modifying temperature in the whole process by means of radiation and the group optimization control in the whole heating pocess by computer.
