    摘要:

    利用定量金相和Ｘ射線衍射的方法研究廠過飽和有序α２相等溫轉(zhuǎn)變的動(dòng)力學(xué)。兩種方法所測(cè)得的γ相析出量與等溫處理時(shí)間的關(guān)系相互吻合。Ｔｉ－４５Ａｌ合金的等溫轉(zhuǎn)變速度明顯高于Ｔｉ－４２Ａｌ合金。在相圖中的共析轉(zhuǎn)變溫度以下，轉(zhuǎn)變速度隨溫度的降低而減小，沒有出現(xiàn)Ｃ字形等溫轉(zhuǎn)變曲線的可能性。

    Abstract:

    inetics of isothermal transformation of supersaturated phase of ordered a2 was investagated with method of quantitative metallographic examination and X- ray diffraction. The relationship between the amount of 7 phase precipitation and the isothermal transformation time with the both method is agreed. The rate of isothermal transformation in alloy 45Al is larger remarkably than the one in alloy 42Al. Under the eutectoid temperature in Ti- Al phase diagram the rate of transformation decreases with temperature,ho it is.not able that the isothermal transformation curve becomes the shape of letter C.
