    摘要:

    從熱力學(xué)的角度分析了NdDyFeB磁體加熱各階段中微觀組織的轉(zhuǎn)變過程,研究了這個(gè)過程中所發(fā)生的質(zhì)點(diǎn)重排、固溶沉淀、固相骨架形成、形態(tài)多邊化等動力學(xué)現(xiàn)象。結(jié)果表明,顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,將引起密度的變化,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致磁性能的變化。富Nd液相的存在,晶粒表面氣體吸附膜的排除,晶粒間存在的化學(xué)位差均有利于磁體向致密化方向發(fā)展。晶粒粗化,形態(tài)多邊化和孔洞排出是獲得最終致密度的關(guān)鍵。

    Abstract:

    The developing processes of microstructure of NdDyFeB green compacts in the different heating stages have been analysed in a thermodynamic principle, and some kinetic phenomena such as particle rearrangement, solution-precipitation, formation of solid skeleton and ploygonization have also been researched. It is shown that the density of magnets varies with the change of microsturcture, leading to the change of magnetic properties. The presence of Nd-rich liquid phase, the elmination of gas absorbed film on the surface of grains of different sizes are helpful for densification of magnets. The grain coarsing, polygnonization of grain shape and pore migration are keys to obtain the final densification.
