    摘要:

    報導(dǎo)了氧化物超導(dǎo)體的載體和熔融溫度及慢冷速率對Bi系2212熔融織構(gòu)的影響。研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)銀有穩(wěn)定Bi系2212結(jié)構(gòu)的作用。

    Abstract:

    The effects of substuate for oxide superconductors, melt temperature and slow cooling rate on melt texture in Bi-2212 superconductors are presented in this paper. It is discovered that silver plays a role of stabilizing the structure of Bi-2212 superconductor.
