    近年ICP-AES的分析技術和裝置不斷發(fā)展和完善,該法已在許多領域中得到應用,本文敘述了ICP-AES在輕金屬、重金屬、難熔金屬、貴金屬、超導材料、精細陶瓷材料、稀土金屬分析中的應用。

    Technique and equitment of ICP-AES has been continuously deverloped and improved This analytical method has been applied to many fields, This paper has stated application of ICP-AES in non-ferrous metals which include light metals, heavy metals, refractory mltals, noble metals, superconducting materialsfine ceramic materials fine ceramic materials and rare-earth mltals.
