    摘要:

    通過(guò)以水霧化0Cr18Ni9不銹鋼粉為原料,以鋼模壓制或等靜壓制成形,在真空中或純氫中燒結(jié)制取多孔不銹鋼過(guò)濾片的試驗(yàn),提出了制品的氣泡試驗(yàn)最大孔徑與水霧化不銹鋼粉末顆粒平均尺寸關(guān)系的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,并針對(duì)不銹鋼粉末粒級(jí)、成形壓力和添加劑對(duì)多孔不銹鋼過(guò)濾片的孔隙度、氣泡試驗(yàn)最大孔徑、相對(duì)透氣系數(shù)和拉伸性能的影響進(jìn)行了研究。研制的多孔不銹鋼過(guò)濾環(huán)片已批量生產(chǎn),取得了明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

    Abstract:

    Through the experiment of preparing stainless steel porous filter by sintering compacted water atomized 0Cr18Ni9 powder in vacuum or pure hydrogen, an empirical formular for the relation between average partical size of the powder and maximum pore size in bubble test is suggested. The effects of different partical size forming pressure and addictives on the porosity, maximum pore size, relative permeability coefficient and tensite strength of the porous stainless steel filter are investegated. The developed filter rings have been put into batch production and obvious economical benefits have been achieved.
